Adwords ad innovations at Search Engine Strategies

I am at the airport right now waiting for my flight to New York to attend Search Engine Strategies. This will be my first big US internet marketing conference and I am very excited. Quality SEO Link Building is Now a Must

Well Google has really been on a tear lately with its Farmer update and now its Panada update. The Farmer update changes their algorithm so that content farms like ehow.com will not show up as much in the search rankings. They have taken this one step farther with the Panada update by penalizing low quality link building.

PPC Rules in Adwords

Well Adwords has finally brought their rules based bidding option out of Beta. It has been active since December for my US clients but today it was activated for my Canadian clients. It basically will allow you to automatically optimize your account without even looking at it...Or save your ass if something goes really wrong. Make sure to set these up for all your accounts. Plus it even will send you an email notification each time an automatic rule is fired.
